Shipments in Colombia are made through the carrier Coordinadora, Deprisa or Servientrega.

1.9 Delivery Times

Orders in Colombia are delivered in 4 business days.

1.10 Change Policies

Requests for refunds or exchanges are accepted for items returned unused and in perfect condition within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. The invoice must be presented. Full refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

1.11 Coupon Policies

Coupons cannot be combined. Only one (1) coupon is accepted per order.

2.0 Product Instructions and Care

Avoid impacts and drops. Keep each piece in its original packaging. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, soaps, creams, detergents, or any other chemicals. Gently remove makeup and excess oil from the skin after each use.

2.1 How to Fix a Product

ALIZ DE LA CRUZ repairs purchased items if they break or become damaged. Products without a warranty or whose warranty has expired can be sent to our stores for repair along with the corresponding invoice. Repairs will be carried out as long as the necessary parts are in stock. Depending on the case, a fee will be charged for repairs and shipping of the repaired item. If your purchase arrives damaged, please write to alizdelacruz.joyas@gmail.com describing the product and attaching a photo of the defect. The warranty period for manufacturing defects is 15 business days. The invoice is required for all repairs.

3.0 Content and Typographical Errors Clause

ALIZ DE LA CRUZ reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications regarding products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and free of typographical errors. However, should any such errors or system errors occur, which are always beyond the control of ALIZ DE LA CRUZ, we will correct them immediately. If such an error occurs and a customer has made a purchase decision based on it, we will inform the customer of the error, and ALIZ DE LA CRUZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products. If the customer's credit or debit card has already been charged and the order is canceled for the aforementioned reasons, ALIZ DE LA CRUZ will issue a credit to that credit or debit card account for the amount of the canceled price.
